Raising and Educating Our Children,
Part 2
The Public Sector:
page four
"No ifs, ands, or buts; children are NOT willfully choosing; PERIOD! They are not being naughty or bad. They are not being good, or virtuous, for that matter.  They are simply doing what their genetic predisposition and life experience has determined they will or will not do! Nobody should waste their time arguing with me.  I'm pretty much a nobody!  It's Soon's and Libets' papers they have to argue with.  It's raw and shocking when I share it with unsuspecting people, but it is a fairly simple logical construct which states that our system of education is nothing less than state sanctioned child abuse! It's done innocently enough, but that doesn't make it any less abusive.  I've known this since the late 1980's.  Our report card system alone is insanely abusive. [Keep in mind the studies of Soon and Libet.]  Children do not fail; never have and never will. Actually, nobody fails, but least of all our children. Every single child has been doing, is doing, and always will be doing their dead level best. Every child deserves nothing less than an A+++! Anything less and it is the system that has failed and not the child. [Again, remember Soon and Libet.]  Unable to deal with the emotional reality of abstract failure, our social structures, our social institutions, like dumb ducks in a rain shower, simply pass the failure of their esteemed institutions and sacred structures on to the little ones who are unable to defend themselves!  That deserves a healthy, Damn!  Does that hit you like it hits me?  The innocent and least able to defend themselves must bear the burden of mankind's dysfunction.  I can't help it!  I just crumble thinking about it!  It pierces me!  It simply hurts beyond my ability to describe!  Then, when the demeaning threat of failing grades isn't enough, these clever structures and institutions raise the fear markers within the hearts and minds of the innocent by raising expectations, which does work in some cases, because, face it, the threat of torture and abuse will squeeze the last drop of blood out of any turnip! To address its own failures, these institutions, these social structures solve their problems by making the already terrorized child responsible for problems which are not in any shape or form or logical construct related to their behavior! Obscenities simply do not address the dynamic!"

Whenever fear is introduced to a child's experience, that child perceives their significance to be diminished. This perceived insignificance then distorts everythingPeriod! Free-will is a fear inspiring social mindset.  Thank the gods that be that regardless of mankind's allegiance, free-will is an illegitimate sovereign. Regardless of mankind's intuitive blindness, a determined-universe is the legitimate sovereign, the mindset which offers society hope.  Absent a profound belief in this sovereign universal constant there is only despair.

Addendum or something:  Not sure where my head was; somewhere it needs to be said that education, whether it is in-home or public; education that is not child specific driven is veal farming. When child education is agenda driven, objectives driven, legislatively driven, and for all status quo impractical purposes outcomes driven, it is not the child that is served. It is serving a dysfunctional society at the expense of its children.  Society eats a six course dinner and our innocent dependent children pick up the tab; the most vulnerable among us must pay the bill and provide the tip.  If ever you are curious about the health of a society, investigate how their children are served. I live in the United States and I can tell you, as a nation, we flunk!  We fail miserably! Prehistoric cavemen did better.  So much more needs to be said.  In tiime, it will be said.
