	Nobody: not Mother Theresa, not Jesus Christ, not Gandhi, not Abe, not Martin...not Luther himself ever made it past Maslov's second developmental level; ever made it past the emotional level of developmental maturity! Mankind's overwhelming, inundating, completely saturated sense of abject insignificance has stalled all of mankind's intuitive free-willian social mindset inspired attempts to attain emotional, much less social, mental or self-actualized developmental maturity.  Personal insignificance is a hurdle that makes Hoover Dam but a bump in the road. Mankind's maturation has stagnated between the emotional and social developmental levels; behind the massive intimidating titanium steel reinforced uncomprehending walls of an in-your-face snarling demon. This is a hurdle only the providential energies of a determined-universe could even conceive of conquering.  How It did it?  I am incapable of even suggesting! With the help of Chun Siong Soon and Samuel Libet, it appears the demon's wall has been breeched!  Reality rarely occurs in real time. All that is presently becoming a part of each succeeding moment is creating a colossal momentum that will not be dissuaded. Whatever it is that I am, it is but a speck in the grand panorama.  My place is more like that of an observer with a select seat on the mezzanine.  I am positioned to experience the awe and to then gab rather incoherently about the show! Let me blubber a bit.  [How do you type incoherent blubbering?] In Narnian terms, Aslan is on the move!!! Okay!  Back to academic practicalities!  There are two developmental levels left.  These are fairly pristine, untouched, pieces of exquisite landscape. [Wow!  I'm exhausted.  When one comes even close to comprehending even a tenth of what is now occurring, someone as finite as me gets jelly-bellied, knocked-kneed and faint.  It doesn't help that I'm just recovering from an over a week long bout with some kind of a sinus bug doesn't help my ability to forge on.  I think I'll take a break.  There is more to come.  We still need to analyze Maslov's fourth and fifth levels.  These are exciting levels, but they'll just have to wait awhile.  What has preceded is likely sufficient to keep the typical digestive system occupied for a few hours!
